ORDER

(Made by the Hon'ble Acting Chief Justice) Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, after making some arguments, sought permission of this court to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore, for modification of the order dated 23.09.2022.

2. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. The petitioner is granted two weeks' time to file an application for modification of the order dated 23.09.2022 before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Coimbatore. No costs. Consequently, WMP No.26731 of 2022 is closed.
