2.Mr.V.Jaya prakash Narayanan, learned counsel for the Appellant would submit that the entire compensation amount Rs.3,31,700/-(Rupees Three Lakhs, Thirty one thousand and Seven hundred only) has been deposited to the credit of the suit, in compliance of the direction of this Court dated 09.12.2019.

3.Taking note of the facts of this case, the Sub-Judge, Vaniyambadi is directed to disperse the entire amount deposited by the Commissioner, Vaniyambadi Municipality in O.S.No.129 of 2015 to the plaintiff there in forthwith.
