ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed to to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram to dispose the O.S.No.939 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate for the 2nd and 3rd respondents.

3. The first defendant is the revision petitioner, seeking expeditious disposal of O.S.No.939 of 2023 pending on the file of the District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Pallavaram. It is seen that pleadings are complete, and an amendment application has been taken out, which was also allowed. The matter is being adjourned for the purpose of carrying out the amendment.

4. In the light of the above, I am inclined to allow the Revision and direct the Trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of seven months 2/4

from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
