This writ petition is filed seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 24.07.2017 and subsequent reminder dated 19.09.2020.

2. When the case was called for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also made an endorsement in the bundle to that effect.
