Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that investigation in Cr.No.306 of 2023 completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Cheyyur on 14.11.2023 vide LTA20230001371C202300016 and the same has been taken on file in C.C.No.6 of 2024.
