Crl.M.P.No.14513 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.14122 of 2023 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN, J.

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the Petitioner shall report before the Thousand Light Police everyday at 10.30 am for a period of two weeks and thereafter report before the Respondent police every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders, passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14122/2023 dated 23.06.2023.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the Petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the matter is under investigation.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.14122/2023 dated 23.06.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall report before the Respondent Police on the first and fifteenth day of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.With the above direction, this Petition is ordered.
