This petition has been filed seeking to implead as a further respondent, the District Employment Officer, District Employment Office, Collector Office (Back Side), Krishnagiri, Krishnagiri District. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that the petitioner is visually challenged person and is entitled to be considered for appointment as Office Assistant. He had registered himself with the District Employment Office, Krishnagiri District, but unfortunately, it is the grievance that his name has not been sponsored whenever opportunity was came up for appointment of Office Assistant. It is stated that he has 75% blindness and would also come under the priority category for visually challenged person. 3.In view of these facts, to ascertain as to why the proposed respondent have not sponsored the name of the petitioner and to examine the records in that particular aspect, this petition stands allowed and the District Employment Officer, Krishnagiri District, is impleaded as the 4th respondent in the writ petition.
