This contempt petition has been filed for punishing the respondents for having not obeyed the order of this Court dated 25.05.2022 passed in W.P.No.12959 of 2022.
2. We record the statement made by Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader that hearing is fixed on 17.11.2023, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 25.05.2022.

3. Considering the fact that there is further alienation of the property, it is expected that the concerned respondents will issue notice not only to the persons, who have obtained the planning permission, but also to the subsequent alienees. We expect that the entire exercise shall be completed by the concerned respondents within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after hearing all the parties, including the petitioner. Until such time, the Official respondents are refrained from initiating any coercive measures against persons, who are alleged to have encroached the property.
