This petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.16930 of 2023 dated 01.08.2023.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that charge sheet is filed and it is yet to be taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
