a) Directing the defendant to execute and register of the sale deed in favour of the plaintiffs of the property more fully described in the schedule mentioned property within the stipulated period by this Hon'ble Court and in event of failure to execute and register of sale deed in

favour of plaintiffs through Officer of this Hon'ble Court on receipt of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees three lakhs only) the balance sale consideration;

b) to award the cost of the suit O.A.No.204 of 2018:

Original Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order of interim injunction, restraining the respondent/defendant or his men or his agents or anybody claiming through him not to alienate or encumber the suit property more fully described in the plaint schedule, pending disposal of the above suit. This Original application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order:- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 27.09.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the applicant and the matter was posted on 04.10.2018. Even on 04.10.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the applicant. Hence, the matter was posted today i.e., 08.10.2018 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, when the matter is taken up there was representation on

behalf of the applicant. Hence this application is dismissed for default.
