This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.8805 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.8879 of 2023 dated 03.07.2023.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in this case is completed and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
