This Contempt Petition is filed by complaining that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8879 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 has not been complied with.

2. The said writ petition was disposed of by directing the fifth respondent therein to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21.07.2018 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law.
3. Today, when the contempt petition is taken up for hearing, after notice, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.8879 of 2019 dated 26.03.2019 has been complied with by passing an order dated 23.10.2019 by the respondent/Tahsildar, rejecting the request of the petitioner. He has also produced a copy of the said order.
4. Therefore, it is for the petitioner to work out his remedy against the said order before appropriate forum in the manner known to law. Granting such liberty, this contempt petition is closed.
