PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st Respondent to consider the revision petition of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass final orders within a time frame fixed by this Court.

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 1st respondent to consider her revision petition dated 15.03.2024 and pass final orders within a time fixed by this Court.
2. It is the case of the petitioner that she submitted a representation before the 2nd respondent dated 04.04.2022 seeking deletion of private respondents' name from the patta in respect of property situated in R.S.No.989, Perundurai Revenue Village, Erode District. The representation of the petitioner was rejected by the 2nd respondent by his order dated 08.02.2024. Challenging the same, the petitioner filed a revision petition before the 1st respondent on 15.03.2024 and the same is pending without any progress. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 2/5
3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is taking notice for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the revision petition of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 will be considered by the 1st respondent on its own merit, within the time fixed by this Court.
4. In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 1st respondent to consider the revision petition of the petitioner dated 15.03.2024 and pass final orders on its own merit and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner and private respondents 3 to 10.
5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
