The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking a direction to the third respondent to take appropriate action on the complaint dated 15.03.2016 made by the petitioner by registering an F.I.R.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents on 15.03.2016. But the respondents have not taken any steps to investigate the matter and register a case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

3.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the petitioner's complaint, C.S.R.No.50 of 2016 has been assigned. During enquiry, both the petitioner and the counter petitioner were called and they had given the statement that they would work out their remedy before the Civil forum. Recording the said submissions made by both the parties, the petitioner's complaint was closed. 4.Heard both sides.
5.A perusal of record produced by the respondents shows that the petitioner has given the complaint before the respondents on 15.03.2016, for which, C.S.R.No.50 of 2016 has been assigned. Both the petitioner and the counter petitioner appeared before the respondents and stated that they would work out their remedy before the Civil forum. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
