O.A.No.813 of 2023 in C.S.No.297 of 2019 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J The grievance of the applicant is that during the pendency of the trial, the respondents are trying to deal with the property and if any encumbrance is created during the pendency of the suit, the same will affect the right of the parties.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the parties are directed to maintain status quo till disposal of the suit.

3. With the above direction, this application is closed.

4. Post the suit before the concerned Master for recording evidence. The trial shall be completed within a period of two months.
