Sangeetha v. State Rep By
Crl.M.P.No.12821 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14026 of 2024 P. DHANABAL, J.
The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on her in paragraph 6(d) of the order dated 23.07.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.14026 of 2024.
2.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly for one month and there is no previous case against the petitioner.
3.
Considering the representation made by both the counsel and considering the nature of offence involved in this case and considering the fact that the investigation was almost completed and the petitioner is complying with the conditions without fail, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.
Accordingly, ordered.
