The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (POCSO), in Crime No.Not Known of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner has already been arrested in this case. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands dismissed as infructuous.
