O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Additional Sub-Court, Dharmapuri to dispose of O.S.No.288 of 2014 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Dr.S.Suriya, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for first to third respondents. In view of the limited prayer made in this Revision, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision even without notice to the fourth respondent.

3. The petitioner herein filed a suit for declaration and recovery of possession in O.S.No.288 of 2014. The perusal of the docket entry filed in support of the typed set suggests that the plaintiff side evidence was closed as early as on 15.03.2021 and thereafter the matter has been adjourned from time to time for examination of defendant side witnesses. In fact the DW1 was cross-examined in part on 18.11.2021 and thereafter there is no substantial progress in the trial Court. Therefore, this Court is inclined to direct the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of 5 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
