Crl.M.P.No.13200 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No.16470 of 2024 P.DHANABAL, J.

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Dindigal Taluk police station on every alternate days at 5.30 p.m, until further orders imposed in Crl.OP.No.16470 of 2024 dated 30.07.2024.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and he has no previous case and further investigation is also completed.

3. Considering the nature of offence and that the petitioner is complying with the condition without fail and also considering that the investigation is completed, this Court is inclined to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in toto.

Accordingly, ordered.
