O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the 1st respondent to register the case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 23.11.2015 and to investigate the matter in accordance with law.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to not press this petition in respect of respondents 2 to 6 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as not pressed in respect of respondents 2 to 6.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint dated 23.11.2015 before https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the 1st respondent and after receipt of the same, CSR No.335 of 2015 has been given. But, the 1st respondent has not shown any interest to enquiry the matter and register the case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief.

5. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the complaint has been forwarded to Social Welfare Officer. The report of the Social Welfare Officer is yet to be received.

6. Considering the rival submission made on both sides, this Court directs the first respondent to act in accordance with law, after receipt of the report from the Social Welfare Officer.

7. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
