Crl.M.P.No.15988 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.12957 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., This Court had already granted anticipatory bail to the second respondent on 24.06.2024 with certain conditions.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that the second respondent has not complied with the condition as imposed by this Court.

3. In view of the above, the anticipatory bail already granted by this Court is cancelled. Therefore, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
