2. The present petition has been filed by the first respondent/judgement debtor, seeking condonation of delay of 146 days in filing the revision against the order passed in E.A.No.1 of 2024 in E.P.No.17 of 2014 in M.C.O.P.No.72 of 2017 on the file of Special Sub Judge, Thiruvallur.

3. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.
