DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [criminal side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order dated 08.05.2024 without fail and investigation has been completed.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and considering the nature of offences, this Court modifies the condition imposed against the petitioner by order dated 08.05.2024 is as follows:- "that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned, Coimbatore, on the first day of English Calender month at 10.30 am for a period of two months".

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
