DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 19.07.2024 without fail. He further submitted that almost investigation has been completed.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and considering that the nature of offences, this Court modifies the conditions imposed against him in the above Crl.O.P. in Para No.6(b) of the order dated 19.07.2024 is as follows:- "the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first day of the English Calender month at 10.30 am for a period of three months."

3. Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
