petitioner, upon her ration card bearing No.08/G/0422060.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents are not supplying all the items being supplied to others to the petitioner without any reason. It is claimed by her that she is holding a ration card bearing No.08/G/0422060. However, considering the fact that this grievance was raised as early as in the year 2016 and further, considering the fact that four years have already lapsed, this Court is of the view that this Writ Petition can be closed by observing that the respondents shall supply all the materials/items as being supplied to other card holders to the petitioner also, if she is holding a valid ration card, even as on today.

5. With this observation, this writ petition is closed. No costs.
