DHANABAL, J Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has been complied with the earlier order passed by this Court dated 26.06.2024 without fail. He further submitted that investigation has been completed in this case.

2.Considering the above submission made by him and also considering that the nature of offences, this Court is inclined to relax the conditions imposed against the petitioner dated 16.05.2024 in toto.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
