O R D E R

The present Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to file final report pursuant to the registration of the First Information Report in Crime No.109 of 2014 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The petitioner herein has lodged a complaint as against one Chandramukil Gnasekar and G.Selva Kumar for the alleged offences under sections 406, 420 and 471 of IPC. The same has been registered in Crime No.109 of 2014. But there is no progress in the investigation of the said case. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition.

3. I have heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) as well as the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to expedite the investigation in the case in Crime No.109 of 2014 pending on his file and file a final report as early as possible. 5.

The Criminal Original Petition is ordered accordingly.
