This petition is filed by the petitioners/ appellants seeking to condone the delay of 60 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Despite service of notice to the respondents 1 and 2 and their names having been printed in the cause list, there is no representation on their behalf. On the basis of the verified petition bearing SR No.116267 of 2023, filed by the learned counsel for the appellants, notice to the Respondents 3 to 33 is dispensed with.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is ordered accordingly.
