ORDER
By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
2. The present writ petition is filed praying for a writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct enquiry and dispose the appeal filed by the petitioner in Appeal No.16091/N2/2024 dated 23.04.2024.
3. Aggrieved by the order made under Section 47A of the Registration Act, 1908 (16 of 1908), an appeal is stated to have been preferred by the petitioners. If the same has been numbered, the same shall be disposed of by the appropriate respondent within a period of 16 weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for the receipt of certified copy after affording the petitioner and other interested parties a reasonable opportunity of hearing.
