ORDER
The Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Additional District Court, Krishnagiri for early disposal of the Suit in O.S.No.294 of 2019.
2.The Suit is for partition filed by the 1st respondent in the revision petition.
3.In view of the limited prayer made in Civil Revision Petition, this Court proceeds to dispose of the C.R.P without notice to the respondents. 4.The perusal of the e-Court entries filed by the petitioner would suggest that the pleadings in the matter was already completed. The Suit was posted for framing of issues on 09.02.2021 and thereafter, the Suit has been adjourned from time to time without any progress. Taking into consideration, the Suit is for partition and of the year 2019, this Court is inclined to direct 2/4
the Court below to dispose of the Suit within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
