2. Captioned Crl.MP has been filed with a prayer to dispense with production of certified copy of the judgment dated 08.02.2021 passed in S.C.No.100 of 2018 on the file of the Court of Sessions (Fast Track Mahila) Judge, Namakkal.

3. Ms.G.Suganthi, learned counsel representing the counsel on record for the petitioner is before us. Learned counsel submits that certified copy of the aforementioned judgment has been misplaced and that has necessitated filing of captioned Crl.MP.

4. Issue notice. Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned State Additional Public Prosecutor accepts notice for the respondent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, nature of the matter and taking into account the fact that a photocopy of the aforementioned judgment has been filed, the reason given i.e., that the petitioner has misplaced the certified copy of the judgment is accepted.
