CRIME NO. 520 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily morning at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl. OP. No.20283 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.P.SARAVANAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20283 of 2021 on 01.11.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., till filing of the charge sheet.

All other conditions remain unaltered.
