Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of the 1st respondent relating to Rc.No. 1487 / 2018-19 / LO; Quash the impugned order dated 29.04.2019; direct the respondents 1 and 2 to reimpurse Rs.1,11,54,605-93, the waived amount towards the Housing Loans availed by the members of the Petitioner Society, with interest, penal interest, incidental charges etc, as charge / chargeable by the 1st Respondent, from the date of due and until reimburse, by fixing a reasonable time.
