ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents to register a case on the complaint dated 07.03.2016 lodged by the petitioner and further direct to conduct an enquiry within a stipulated period as fixed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the respondents Police, as early as on 07.03.2016 and even though the said complaint has been received by the respondents police, the police had not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the above stated relief. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. At this juncture, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that as soon as the complaint has been received from the petitioner, enquiry has been conducted and in the proceedings of the District Collector in Na.Ka.No.1924 of 2016 N1, dated 01.02.2016, it was stated that the Commissioner has passed an order and on that basis only, the work is going on.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
