ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to register a case on the complaint dated 04.11.2015, given by the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. It is seen that on the complaint dated 04.11.2015, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 28.11.2015. A copy of the closure report is furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar. In view of the above, this petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
