When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that investigation in this case has already been completed and charge sheet has also been filed before the Special Land Grabbing Court, Cuddalore on 11.08.2022 and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C No.27 & 28 of 2022. Therefore, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
