ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking for transfer of investigation to CBCID.

One of the accused person had filed a quash petition before this Court in Crl OP No.18087 of 2023. This Court on considering the seriousness of the allegations made and the facts and circumstances of the case, directed the respondent police to complete the investigation within a period of six months. This direction will sufficiently take care of the grievance expressed by the petitioner. The respondent police shall proceed with the investigation effectively and file the final report within the time frame fixed by this Court.
