The petitioner has filed this Writ petition seeking a direction to the respondent herein to issue the patta in the name of the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter is listed under the caption 'For Issuance of Patta', the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent submitted that the petitioner's representation for issuance of patta has not been considered and Patta has been rejected to the petitioner.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. Hence the Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
