The petition is filed for direction not to harass the petitioner, who is an accused in Crime No.121 of 2022.

From the records, this Court finds that the petitioner is already obtained anticipatory bail and approached this Court to quash the FIR. However, this Court declined to entertain his petition and dismissed with a direction to complete the investigation within a period of two months and file a final report.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submits that the investigation is almost completed and for the sake of certain information, the police went to the premises of the petitioner and enquired the tenants in the place and there was no harassment. Further, the learned Government Advocate submits that now the investigation is completed, draft final report is ready and same will be filed within the time fixed by this Court and the presence of the accused for investigation is no more required.

Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
