This petition has been filed to amend the satisfaction Court as the Judicial Magistrate No - II, Chengalpattu instead of Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram and Crime number in the cause title as 332 of 2023 instead of 312 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.18483 of 2023, dated 22.08.2023.

2. Registry is directed to modify the Crime No.312 of 2023 to Crime No.332 of 2023 and further modification is that the surety should be executed to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate No - II, Chengalpattu instead of Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram and fresh order copy of the same is to be issued to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
