ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the respondent to issue Hall ticket and permit the petitioner to participate the Bachelor of Naturopathy and Yogic Science examination on 15.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that examination was of the year 2022, hence relief sought for herein has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
