... Respondents Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued (Letter No.37573/B1/2013-10) dated 17.06.2015 by the first respondent, 1/4

quash the same and further direct the first respondent (i) to treat the tenure of the petitioner's service with the Government of Tamilnadu, before 19.03.2002 as on deputation (ii) to give due inter-se seniority to the petitioner at the time of permanent absorption of the petitioner service, with the government of Tamilnadu, giving full weightage to services rendered by the petitioner with the government of Rajasthan (iii) to give immediate due promotion at the time of permanent absorption of the petitioner service (19.03.2002), with the Government of Tamilnadu, and subsequent promotions as per inte-se seniority correctly fixed, and to fix the appropriate scale of pay accordingly (iv) to authorise to make payment of arrears of pay and allowances for the tenure of re-fixation of inter-se seniority and consequential re-fixation of scale of pay and other consequential monetary benefits, including retirement benefits to which petitioner is eligible.
