This is an application seeking the extension of tenure of Interim Management Committee for a further period of six months. 2.The applicant is the first defendant in suit and the plaintiffs are arrayed as respondent Nos.1 to 3 in this application. The remaining respondent Nos.4 to 17 being D2 to D15 in suit are also stated to have been served prior to filing of application. There was an earlier instance where the tenure of the learned Judge Commissioner was extended for a period of six months by order dated 12.04.2022.

3.The parties bring to my notice that Original Side Appeal Nos.36 to 44 are pending before the Division Bench.
