This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7957 of in Crl.O.P.No.4467 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023 to report before the respondent police on alternative days at 10.30 a.m for a period of three months and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that charge sheet has been filed in PRC.No.25 of 2023 before the Judicial Magistrate, Tiruppur.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.7957 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.4467 of 2023 dated 14.06.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate on receipt of summons.
