ORDER

The Revision Petitioners herein are the plaintiffs in the suit in O.S.No.171 of 2020 on the file of Principal District Munsif, Thirupattur seeking for the relief of declaration and other consequential relief of permanent injunction against the defendants 1 to 4.

2. Since the relief claimed by the Revision Petitioners only seeking a direction for a speedy disposal, the notice to the respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned counsel for Revision Petitioners would submit that the the 1st plaintiff is aged about 70 years and the 3rd plaintiff is mentally retarded and she is represented by her mother. The defendants have also appeared and filed their written statement and now the case is posted for framing issues. Therefore, he wanted to direct the trial court to dispose the case as early as possible.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances and also the fact that the 2nd plaintiff is aged about 70 years old senior citizen and the 3rd plaintiff is mentally retarded person, who is represented by her mother and the suit is 2/4

pending from the year of 2020 and now the case is posted for framing issues, this Court is inclined to direct the trial judge to commence the trial and dispose the case as expeditiously as possible within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
