This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the petitioner to undergo sentences in concurrent manner relating to the punishment imposed as

against the petitioner made in CC.No.498 of 2020 dated 07.02.2023 and CC.No.499 of 2020 dated 07.02.2023 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Coimbatore.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Therefore, nothing survives in this petition for further adjudication.

3. In view of the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
