This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 774 days in filing the above appeal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners Ms.A.Krithika.
3. Mr.S.Ramprabhu, learned counsel representing for the second respondent has got serious objections in allowing the petition.
4. The first petitioner would aver that after the death of her husband Mustafa, her family has been suffering financially and due to lack of financial support, delay of 774 days occurred in filing this appeal.
5. The reasons assigned by the first petitioner appear to be acceptable and reasonable. Therefore, this Court is inclined to allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 774 days shall stand waived.
