This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.207 of 2023 order dated 03.08.2023, the petitioner shall deposit as sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.6 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date on which the order copy made ready.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall deposit as sum of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.6 of 2022, before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
