This Petition has been filed to extend the time to execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum pursuant to the orders passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.17795 of 2023 dated 11.08.2023.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the Petition, the prayer sought for by the Petitioner deserves to be considered in his favour.

3.Accordingly, time is extended till 09.10.2023 for the Petitioner to the bond, failing which, the order passed by this Court shall stand automatically cancelled without any further extension.
