Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents herein to consider the Petitioner's Petition dated 14.06.2015 and to deposit the balance compensation amount, to the Credit of L.A.O.P.No.59 of 1985 on the file of Sub Court, Tiruvallur in respect of the Petitioner's lands in Survey No.264/3, measuring 7.20 acres, in Karimanal Village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur District by fixing a time limit. ORDER
Pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 16.02.2021 and 10.03.2021, it is reported that the respondents have deposited the compensation amount due to the petitioner before the Sub Court, Ponneri.
2.The petitioner is now at liberty to withdraw the said sum now in Court deposit.
3.In view of the fact that the prayer sought in the Writ Petition is duly complied with by the respondents, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and the same is closed. No costs.
